Beef 64%, sauce [water, tomato, tomato paste, onion, vegetable oils (sunflower oil, olive oil), sugar, modified starch, salt, yeast extract, spices, dehydrated garlic, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavouring, herbs, glucose syrup, white wine extract, onion powder, wheat flour, garlic powder],

🔥 Cooking Instructions

✅ In all methods, check liquids regularly.

Oven baking

1️⃣ Preheat to 180°C.
2️⃣ Bake covered for 100 minutes.
3️⃣ Uncover and continue for another 10 minutes to thicken/glaze the sauce.

Alternatively: Stovetop

1️⃣ In a covered pot, over low heat.
2️⃣ Cook for approximately 2 hours, stirring/checking liquids periodically.

✅ Ready when the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened.

💡 Chef's Tip

• At the end, add a little freshly ground pepper and a hint of olive oil.
• For a more "homemade" result, add 2-3 tbsp of hot water halfway through cooking to keep the sauce rich for serving.
