Our burgers with fries are prepared daily with fresh minced beef & pork , hand-shaped and marinated with:

They are combined with fresh hand-cut potatoes , marinated with olive oil, lemon, mustard and oregano , placed all together on parchment paper – ready to go into the oven and bake the most delicious meal on their own!
🔥 Baking Method
The product is ready to bake – no preparation required.
➤ Oven:

Preheat to 180°C

Bake for 1 hour & 15 minutes , covered with parchment paper.

Optional: open in the last 10 minutes for a crispy result
➤ Tip:
Add ½ cup of water or broth before baking for even softer potatoes and juicier burgers.
