Baking in the oven

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C .
2️⃣ Bake covered at 180°C for 90 minutes .
3️⃣ Uncover and continue baking for 15–20 minutes , until golden brown and the sauce has thickened.
4️⃣ Let it stand for 5–10 minutes before serving for better bonding.

✅ For food safety, target internal temperature ≥ 75°C .

💡 Chef Tips

• For a richer sauce, gently stir the pan when you uncover it, so that the sauce glosses and the onions caramelize.
• It is perfectly served with a little fresh oregano or thyme at the end.
