The nose at a young age gives notes of dried tomato, red fruits, oak spices and praline, while after years it gives a complex bouquet of olive pit, leather, truffle, wet earth and a mouth with balanced acidity and softer tannins. Overall with great aging potential and a long finish, requiring a refined culinary combination.
