Beef 65% , water, sunflower oil, onion, mushrooms, red pepper, red wine (contains sulphites) , carrot, sugar, tomato paste, salt, malt extract, modified starch, yeast extract, flavourings, spice extracts, milk protein, acidulant: citric acid, thickener: xanthan gum, herbs, spices, garlic powder, cream, pickled gherkins (contains sulphites) , sugar, water, onion, vinegar, roasted Florina pepper, mushrooms.

🔥 Cooking Method
❗ The product is not ready to eat — full heating/cooking is required before serving.
Baking in the oven
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 200°C .
2️⃣ Place the stroganoff in a baking dish/oven dish.
3️⃣ Bake for 25–35 minutes .
4️⃣ Stir once halfway through so that the sauce thickens evenly.
Alternative: Non-stick frying pan
1️⃣ Over high heat , pour the product into the pan.
2️⃣ Cook, stirring, until the sauce is properly heated/thickened.
✅ Ready when it is fully heated in the center and the sauce is hot and homogeneous.
💡 Chef's Tip
At the end, he added:
• a little freshly ground pepper,
• 1 tsp mustard (if you like the classic stroganoff twist),
• and chopped parsley for freshness.
