🔥 Defrosting & Serving Instructions
❗ The product is raw - consumed without cooking , only after proper defrosting and compliance with hygiene rules.
1️⃣ Defrosting
• Transfer the package from the freezer to the refrigerator.
• Let it thaw slowly, at refrigerator temperature (0–4°C) .
• Do not defrost at room temperature for many hours.
2️⃣ Preparation
• Open the package just before serving.
• Arrange the slices on a chilled plate/plate, being careful not to tear them.
3️⃣ Serving
• Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon or lime.
• Add parmesan flakes , a little arugula , capers or very thin slices of onion.
• Finish with freshly ground pepper and, optionally, a little truffle oil .
4️⃣ Hygiene & Safety
• Always keep the product in the refrigerator after defrosting and consume it within a short period of time.
• ❌ Do not refreeze a product that has been thawed.
💡 Chef's Tip:
Serve the carpaccio on a large chilled plate, in a single layer, so that each bite has a little meat, a little parmesan, a little rocket and dressing. If you want more of an "event" at the table, set it on a large platter for sharing.
