Beef wellington wrapped in puff pastry. Delicious and juicy, with an extra impressive appearance!

Ingredients: beef 65%, puff pastry sheet (contains wheat flour ), mushrooms, dijon mustard (contains mustard seed ), mushroom truffle, milk butter , egg, salt, pepper, thyme, black sesame , white sesame .


Baking method : brush the top of the puff pastry with 1 egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 1:30 hours.
