Traditional handmade Gardoumba for baking in the oven.

Place in a pan either by touching it down or by putting the Gardouba on a grill and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 - 200 degrees for 2 hours. Uncover the last 20 minutes to let it color.

Όλα είναι πολύ ωραία , έχω ψωνίσει και άλλες φόρες στο παρελθόν από εσάς άψογη εξυπηρέτηση έχω ξαναπάρει γαρδούμπα εξαιρετική , όμως αυτή την φορά δεν βρήκα σπληνάντερο , δεν πειράζει θα πάρω άλλη φορά δεν έχω και πολύ χώρο για να αποθηκεύσω ,σας έχω συστήσει και σε φίλους όταν φάγαμε το κοκορέτσι , σπληνάντερο και την γαρδούμπα, καλές δουλειές
