Απίστευτη γεύση

Απλά δεν υπάρχει η γεύση της. Θέλει το πολύ 3-4 λεπτά από κάθε πλευρά σε καυτό τηγάνι με λίγο βούτυρο και λάδι ίσα ίσα για medium rare. Της έβαλα λίγο ανθό αλατιού πριν την ψήνω. Πριν την ψήσετε αφήστε την έξω από το ψηγειο καμία ώρα μέχρι δύο χώρις να την βγάλετε από την συσκευασία της. Με τόσο λίπος που έχει και τόσο ποιοτική που είναι , είναι σχεδόν αδύνατον να την ψήσετε λάθος
