Oven (in bag, as delivered):

1. Preheat the oven to 170–180°C .

2. Place the bag on a baking sheet without opening it.

3. Bake for 1.5 – 2 hours .

4. For a crispier lamb crust:

   • Open the bag during the last 15–20 minutes.
