Baked as delivered (in the bag):
Oven:
1️⃣ Preheat to 180°C in air
2️⃣ Place the baking sheet with the bag closed
3️⃣ Bake for 2 hours & 15 minutes – 2 hours & 45 minutes
4️⃣ For a more golden color: open the bag in the last 10–15 minutes
💡 Chef's Tip:
Add 100 ml of white wine or lemon juice to the bag for an even more aromatic juice.
