1️⃣ Place the kokoretsi in a baking pan:
– either directly on the bottom
– or on a rack for a crispier crust

2️⃣ Cover with aluminum foil
3️⃣ Bake in a preheated oven with fan, 190–200°C for 2 hours
4️⃣ For the last 20 minutes, uncover to brown and crisp up
