🔥 Baking Instructions

❗ The product is not ready to eat — it requires baking.

Spits – Charcoal

• Insert the spit into the hole in the tube.
• Start at a low intensity for 20–30 minutes
• Continue on medium heat for 1:30–2:00 hours
• In the last 10–15 minutes, increase the heat a little for a golden color
• Optionally brush with oil-lemon-oregano

💡 Chef's Tip:
For an even juicier result, cover with a thin layer of aluminum foil for the first 30 minutes if the heat is high.
