🔥 Cooking Method
❗ The product is not ready to eat — full cooking is required before serving.
Baking in the oven
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C .
2️⃣ Place the chicken in a baking dish. Optionally add ½ glass of water or a little wine for a juicier result.
3️⃣ Bake at 180°C for 60–80 minutes (depending on weight).
4️⃣ If necessary, cover loosely with parchment paper/aluminum foil in between to prevent it from "grabbing" on the outside.
5️⃣ Make sure it is fully cooked: the juices should run clear , with no pink spots on the bone or in the center.
6️⃣ Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before cutting it, to allow the juices to “lock in” and the filling to set.
💡 Chef's Tip
✅ Before baking, always turn the wings inward , so they don't dry out/burn and keep a nice shape in the pan.
Extra: At the end, pour some extra grated tomato/juice from the pan over the slices when serving for an even juicier result.
