🔥 Cooking Instructions (indicative)
❗ The product is not ready to eatfull cooking is required before serving.

Oven-roasted with potatoes
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180–190°C .
2️⃣ Place the chicken in a baking dish with potatoes, carrot & onion if desired.
3️⃣ Drizzle with olive oil & lemon , season with salt and pepper and add oregano / thyme / rosemary.
4️⃣ Bake for approximately 60–80 minutes (depending on weight), until:
• the juices should come out clear,
• there should be no pink color near the bone.
5️⃣ If needed, add a little water or broth to the pan during baking.
6️⃣ Let it rest for 10–15 minutes before cutting it.

For soup/stew
• Cut it into portions and boil in cold water with vegetables (onion, carrot, celery).
• Skim off the foam, lower the heat and simmer until well softened.

💡 Chef's Tip:
Keep the juices from baking or boiling – they make an excellent base for sauces, rice or trahanas.
