Baking in the oven (roll – without filling or with filling)
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C .
2️⃣ Open the chicken, season with salt and pepper and add olive oil and herbs.
3️⃣ If you are making a roll, roll it tightly and tie with string.
4️⃣ Bake until fully cooked and juices run clear.
✅ For food safety, target internal temperature ≥ 75°C at the thickest point.

• Cut into portions and cook over medium heat until fully cooked in the center.
