2️⃣ Place the chicken in a baking dish with olive oil, salt and pepper, lemon, oregano and potatoes/vegetables.
3️⃣ Bake until fully cooked and juices run clear with no pink spots in the center.
4️⃣ Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before cutting it.
✅ For food safety, target internal temperature ≥ 75°C at the thickest point.
Casserole (lemon or red)
• Simmer until fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
