Amazing mixture for grilled meat. It goes perfectly with pork but also with grilled chicken as well as with handmade gyros.
It is rich in flavors and aromas and consists of a variety of spices and aromatic plants.
How it is used:
I use the gyro mix on meat, either pork or chicken to make our own amazing handmade gyro. We can use a little as a finish for greater flavor intensity, or marinate the meat in the spice mixture for 12 hours.
