🔥 Cooking Method (recommended – oven)

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C .
2️⃣ Place the stuffed steak in a baking pan with a little olive oil.
3️⃣ Bake for 30–40 minutes (depending on thickness).
4️⃣ For a nicer browning, increase the temperature to 200–220°C for 5–8 minutes at the end.
5️⃣ Let it "rest" for 5 minutes before cutting it, so that the filling can stabilize.

Frying pan + oven (extra crust)

• Brown for 2–3 minutes per side in a hot pan and finish in the oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes .

✅ Ready when the juices run clear and it is fully cooked near the filling.


💡 Chef's Tip

• Serve with baby potatoes in the same pan so they can absorb the juices and flavors of the filling.
• For a more “bistro” result, add 2–3 tablespoons of white wine to the pan.
