🔥 Cooking Method (frying pan/cast iron)
1️⃣ Leave the steak out of the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes before grilling.
2️⃣ Wipe well and salt.
3️⃣ In a very hot pan, cook for 2–3 minutes per side (depending on thickness).
4️⃣ Optional: at the end, add a little butter and thyme for flavor.
5️⃣ Rest 3–5 minutes before cutting.
✅ Ready when fully cooked in the center.

• For a more “bistro” result, simmer with a little wine/broth and bind with butter.
