Μπριτζόλα με τα όλα της

Η ποιότητα του κρέατος είναι εξαιρετική, ακόμη καλύτερο όμως είναι το παχάκι που είναι γύρω γύρω. Και γνωρίζετε βέβαια ότι η ποιότητα του χοιρινού αποκαλύπτεται από το λίπος του. Δεν θέλει πολύ ψήσιμο, η φωτια πρέπει να είναι πολύ δυντή, ίσα ίσα να μην καεί. Απαραίτητη η "ξεκούραση¨για 4 λεπτά μετά το ψήσιμο.
