🔥 Cooking Method (Pot)
1️⃣ Season the meat well with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Fry in a hot pan with olive oil until golden brown.
3️⃣ Add onion, garlic and carrot.
4️⃣ Deglaze with wine and add tomato or broth.
5️⃣ Simmer with a lid on for 1.5–2 hours until very tender.
✅ Ready when the meat easily detaches from the bone.
🔥 Oven / Casserole
• Bake covered at 170–180°C for about 1.5–2 hours with broth and vegetables.
• Leave uncovered for 10–15 minutes at the end for browning.
