🔥 Cooking Instructions
❗ The product is not ready to eat — it requires full cooking before serving.
Frying pan / Grill pan
1️⃣ Remove the meat from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for 10–15 minutes .
2️⃣ Dry lightly with kitchen paper.
3️⃣ Season with salt and pepper and, if desired, add a little olive oil or butter.
4️⃣ Heat the frying pan or grill pan well over high heat .
5️⃣ Grill the paillard slices for 1–2 minutes on each side , until they get a nice color – do not overcook them, due to their thin thickness.
6️⃣ Optionally, at the end add butter, lemon & herbs (thyme, parsley, garlic) and lightly "pass" the slices through the sauce.
Grill / BBQ
• Cook over high heat for a short time , turning only once.
• Ideal for medium - medium well results, without drying.
💡 Chef's Tip:
Lightly pound the meat with a rolling pin (if necessary) to make it even more evenly thin, and serve it as an “escalope” with lemon, capers & butter .
