From selected farms in Argentina, where Angus cattle are fed with natural grains (grain fed), in a free-range environment.
The cut is aged for 20 days in a controlled environment to develop a deep flavor, and then flavored with black garlic, known for its rich, caramelized and sweet taste.

  • Grill / BBQ: 3–4 minutes per side (medium rare)

  • Oven: 180°C for 25–30 minutes, fat side up

  • Sous vide: 57°C for 2 hours, then quick sear for crust

  • Pan: Sauté with a little butter & fresh rosemary
