Rib Eye 350+ INK from Uruguay is one of the most modern and balanced approaches to premium beef.
It is a Wagyu F1 hybrid – approximately 50% purebred Wagyu and 50% Angus/Hereford – with 7+ marbling, a bright red color and thin streaks of fat that melt in the mouth, offering meat that is up to 300% more tender than regular beef.
Designed to combine the butter & marbling of Wagyu with the more "meaty", full-flavored beef of local Uruguayan cows, it gives a result that stands worthy of being next to top steakhouses internationally.

🔥 Baking Instructions
❗ The product is not ready to eat — it requires full cooking before serving.
Grill / BBQ / Cast Iron
1️⃣ Remove the rib eye from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for 20–30 minutes .
2️⃣ Dry well with kitchen paper.
3️⃣ Brush lightly with neutral oil or olive oil & season generously with salt and pepper.
4️⃣ Preheat the grill or pan over very high heat .
5️⃣ Bake for approximately:
• 2.5–3.5 minutes per side for medium-rare (depending on thickness),
• a little more for medium.
6️⃣ Optionally, add butter, garlic & thyme/rosemary at the end and baste the meat.
7️⃣ Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before cutting it to keep the juices inside.
💡 Chef's Tip:
Cut into thin slices on a cutting board and serve in the middle of the table with salt flakes on top – every bite will show the balance of Wagyu & Angus.
