An incredible recipe for young and old
Materials
- 1 Mr. Minced beef
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 100 gr. Slice
- 50 gr. Grated Gouda (any yellow cheese you prefer, as long as it melts easily)
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cinnamon
- A little clove
- Spice
Step by step process:
- Heat some oil in a saucepan and add the onion to fry.
- After the onion softens, add the minced meat and separate it with a spoon, fry the minced meat very well and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes.
- When it is well cooked, lower the temperature to extinguish and add the tomato and feta cheese.
- Then we add the grated gouda to finish binding the filling.
- Spread the crust sheets and cut them into 3 strips.
- Brush the leaves with olive oil.
- Fill the phyllo with the filling, about 1 tablespoon.
- We roll the strips one by one into triangles.
- Then spread them on a tray with parchment paper underneath and brush them with olive oil.
- Bake in the air at 180 for about 15 to 20 minutes, until golden.
