A very easy and delicious recipe, in which the only thing that will be difficult for us is the side dish that we will choose, as everything suits it!
What you will need for 4 people:
1 kg of beef from olive cut
100 gr. flour
Salt Pepper
1 onion, sliced
10 – 15 sun-dried tomatoes
1 tsp. coriander soup
1 tsp. sweet cumin
1 can of dark beer (330ml)
100ml olive oil
Procedure:
First, flour and season the beef with salt and pepper
Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the meat with the spices until golden brown, 3-4 minutes
Then add the onion and the sun-dried tomato for another 3-4 minutes
Then pour the beer and mix gradually lowering the heat
Cover the pot and cook on a low heat for 50 minutes until the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened
