An incredible recipe for young and old

Materials

  • 1 Mr. Minced beef
  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 100 gr. Slice
  • 50 gr. Grated Gouda (any yellow cheese you prefer, as long as it melts easily)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cinnamon
  • A little clove
  • Spice

 

Step by step process:

 

  1. Heat some oil in a saucepan and add the onion to fry.
  2. After the onion softens, add the minced meat and separate it with a spoon, fry the minced meat very well and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. When it is well cooked, lower the temperature to extinguish and add the tomato and feta cheese.
  4. Then we add the grated gouda to finish binding the filling.
  5. Spread the crust sheets and cut them into 3 strips.
  6. Brush the leaves with olive oil.
  7. Fill the phyllo with the filling, about 1 tablespoon.
  8. We roll the strips one by one into triangles.
  9. Then spread them on a tray with parchment paper underneath and brush them with olive oil.
  10. Bake in the air at 180 for about 15 to 20 minutes, until golden.
