Materials
1kg pork, preferably neck
2 colored peppers
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp mustard
¼ cup wine, preferably white
¼ cup tsipouro
¼ cup olive oil
Step by step process:
First, saute the meat for 5 minutes
Then cut the peppers into strips, which we add to the meat and saute for another 3 minutes
Extinguish with the tsipouro
Add salt, pepper and paprika
Then we dilute the mustard in a cup of hot water and pour it on the meat
Once the meat has absorbed the liquid, add the oregano and wine and cook for another 7 minutes
